Responsibilities

• Oversees members’ progress and tracks completion of speeches and projects.

• Ensures meetings have all roles filled and run efficiently.

• Guides and educates members on the Toastmasters program and pathways.

Léa Froehlich

Responsibilities

• Serves as the welcoming face of the club for guests and prospective members.

• Manages the onboarding process for new members.

• Greets, engages, and follows up with visitors to encourage membership.

José Cruz

Responsibilities

• Manages the club’s social media channels and website.

• Publishes the Fusion Newsletter to keep members informed and engaged.

• Promotes club events and activities within Toastmasters and the wider community.

Iryna Tkachenko

Responsibilities

• Records minutes during Executive Committee meetings.

• Coordinates the scheduling and location of board meetings.

• Maintains and organizes official club documents and records.

Wouter Gowdy

Responsibilities

• Manages the club’s finances and keeps accurate financial records.

• Collects membership dues and processes payments to Toastmasters International.

• Pays club expenses and ensures bills are settled on time.

Adam Storrier

Responsibilities

• Manages the club’s physical inventory and equipment.

• Organizes meeting setup and cleanup before and after each session.

• Coordinates logistics and arrangements with the meeting venue.

Judson Rollins

Responsibilities

• Mentors the club and supports current officers as needed.

• Shares insights and lessons learned from past initiatives and experiences.

• Provides continuity in leadership during officer transitions.
